The
introduction of the Electrolux Assistent back in 1940 was a revolution
in householding. Back in those days, ready processed food was very
rare. The meat was grinded by hand in a meat grinders, the bread
was baked once a week and sausages were stuffed by hand. The Assistent
could do all this in half the time.
Today, you can buy most of your food in the shape you want it, grinded,
grated, squeezed or finely chopped, but home made cooking always
tastes better. That's why we still develop and produce the Assistent,
a household name in millions of homes. We want you to be able to
enjoy real home made cooking the easiest way possible.
This is what the Assistent looked

as sturdy and effective as always.
A cream-whipper was part of the
Assistent equipment in the 50's.
